You are a member here for over 11 weeks, then you ought to know by now that by creating an account in MiniTokyo , you agreed to follow rules that are specified in the MiniTokyo Policy ( MT Policy & Submissions&Submitting )
And the policy clearly specifies that you are allowed to submit "official wallpapers" but only as scans and then the rules for scan submission apply. Because the wallpaper which you submitted was an official wall that you put in the wallpaper category it was deleted and not moved to scans section because as a scan it did not meet the scan requirements.

...all you do is get wallpapers from different gaming sites and post them as your own. you will get banned if you keep this up because it is called ripping and it is against the policy at mt.
